How soon will my order ship?  Orders ship out within 1 to 4 business days.  If you have a rush request, please send us an email asap or notate it on your order.    

How will my order ship? We ship using USPS. For items under 1 pound, we use ground advantage which usually takes about 3-5 days to get to you.  We cannot guarantee these times but I have noticed this to be the average.  For items weighing over 1 pound, we mostly ship these Priority mail, which has an average shipping time of 3 business days.  If you need a more guaranteed service, please email us and we can see what is available based on your location.

Cancellations:  If we have not started on your order, we will be able to cancel it.  Once we start the designing/embroidery process, there are no cancellations or returns as we are not able to resell an item that is personalized. Please be sure to check spelling of names, size, color etc. before placing your order.  Thank you for your understanding on this.
